Robin Thicke 's Blurred Lines album finally has an official release date.  It's July 30 in the U.S., though fans across the pond may get their hands on the project as early as July 8, according to the U.K.'s Metro .

This is a big week for Robin, who says in a statement that he's "absolutely thrilled" that the title track from Blurred Lines has rocketed to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart.  It's the singer's first-ever #1 on that chart.  In addition, the song marks his first ever to hit one million downloads.

"I am so grateful to all of my fans and am excited for them to check out the album when it drops in July," Robin adds.  "It is great that it is already being received so well."

The cover art for Blurred Lines features Robin in front of, well... a wall of blurred lines.  The background is covered in a graffiti-style shapes and letters scrawled in red and blue spray paint.  In the foreground, Robin is shown from the shoulders up, mirror images of his face staring off in opposing directions.

Here's the track list for Blurred Lines :

"Ooo La La"
"Ain't No Hat 4 That"
"Get in My Way"
