Adam Lambert 's celebrating his 31st birthday Tuesday with a charity fundraiser that could become the world's biggest birthday card. 

The singer has partnered with the non-profit foundation We Are Family, founded by his friend and musical collaborator Nile Rodgers , and is asking fans to donate in honor of his big day.  Donating between $1 and $30 on the We Are Family website will get you a chance to sign an e-birthday card addressed to Adam.  Fans who donate $31 or more also receive instructions on how they can submit 10-second video birthday message to the singer.

The We Are Family Foundation is dedicated to creating a global family through education and other programs that inspire respect, understanding and cultural diversity.  Adam tweeted , "Glamily! I’m so proud to partner with @WeAreFamilyFdtn for my birthday this year & help empower teens everywhere!"

Adam is a pro at birthday initiatives.  It was just last year, when he hit the big 3-0, that the singer debuted his video for "Better than I Know Myself."
