GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ)-Green Bay police plan to crack down on student truancy and curfew violations in hopes of reducing property crime.   Cops will increase patrols in areas often targeted by burglars, as well as neighborhoods where known young criminals live.  Police say young people who steal from homes and vehicles often do so at times when they should be in school or at home.
