After a year which saw them spin two hits off their album California 37 -- "Drive By" and "50 Ways to Say Goodbye" -- Train has now moved onto a third single from the album...and the video promises to be something special.

The song is "Mermaid," and lead singer Pat Monahan tells the U.K. paper The Daily Star that the clip will feature not just your average, generic video babes, but some of the models from the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition.

"It's going to be a very difficult photoshoot and video, and sounds like a lot of work," Pat jokes, noting that guitarist Jimmy Stafford "hasn’t shown such excitement for six years."

The song's lyrics mention Johnny Depp , but when the paper asked if he'd be appearing in the video too, Pat just laughed.  Then again, they did get David Hasselhoff to appear in the video for "50 Ways to Say Goodbye," so you never know.

Train will kick off a U.K. tour on Valentine's Day.  Pat tells the Daily Star , "We’re coming over [to the U.K.] in February to an entirely sold-out tour and that’s the first time that’s ever happened to us.”   That's mostly due to the success of "Drive By" overseas, where it's become even more popular than "Hey Soul Sister."
