NEENAH, WI (WTAQ) - Officials with Menasha Packaging Company have announced the purchase of a New Jersey-based company to help meet growing demand.

The deal to acquire Rand Diversified aims to strengthen Menasha's coverage on the East Coast.

Both companies have the capabilities to design, manufacture and deliver product packaging and store displays.

Rand has extensive experience with pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods companies. While Menasha Packaging focuses on the food, household and personal care markets.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
