The Green Bay Phoenix women dominated Cleveland State 88-51 at the Kress Events Center Thursday night, capturing their 15th straight victory and reaching 20 wins in a season for the 14th consecutive year. The Phoenix (20-2) stayed perfect in the Horizon League at 10-0. Senior forward Sarah Eichler led the way with 14 points and became the 31st player in program history to reach 1000 career points. With 8 minutes left in the first half, Green Bay led by only 25-24 but they held the Vikings scoreless through the first five minutes of the second half to lead 42-24 and the game turned into a rout. Freshman Brionna Barnett scored a career high 13 points with Adrian Ritchie, Lydia Bauer and Breannah Ranger each scoring 12. Green Bay returns to the home floor Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM, hosting Youngstown State.
