Maroon 5 's Adam Levine was a very vocal critic of celebrities who have their own fragrance lines, but now that he's launching one himself, he's singing a different tune.
"It smells really good," he tells E! Online of his self-titled scents for both men and women. "I couldn't really conceive the idea of not loving whatever it was." He explains that his goal was to "make something that I would wear," adding, "That was a process, and we finally came to a great conclusion and it smells great. I fully endorse it and I'm really happy because it has my name on it."
Adam also took to Twitter to hype the fragrance to his fans in a way that he feels everyone can understand.
"2 facts about my fragrance," he tweeted . "1. men wont smell like a bad 80s movie 2. women wont smell like a stripper (not that theres anything wrong w/ that)."
The Adam Levine fragrance line arrives at Macy's this month.
