MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. Tony Scott's estate hit with $1 million claim from talent agency

From WENN.com

Lawyers for Creative Artists Agency (CAA) have filed documents in Los Angeles Superior Court stating company bosses are entitled to 10 per cent of Scott's fees for projects he was involved with before he jumped to his death from a bridge in California last August (12).

The suit claims the company is owed $450,000 (£281,000) for Man on Fire, $110,000 (£68,000) for The Taking of Pelham 123, $400,000 (£250,000) for Deja Vu and $70,000 (£43,000) for Unstoppable.

Scott's relatives insist they have no issue with the claim, with a representative for the family telling The Hollywood Reporter, ""This is a standard legal procedure. The Scott estate has every intention to pay as soon as possible. Tony and CAA had a wonderful relationship.""
