(WNFL) - The Wisconsin Badgers are looking forward to a New Year’s Day matchup with South Carolina in the Capital One Bowl. Players are calling it a “measuring stick” and a chance to measure up and see what the big-time conferences are like against each other. Head coach Gary Andersen says it’s a tremendous matchup of two team with nine and ten win record. The Gamecocks’ defense is anchored by juniors Jadeveon Clowney and Kelcy Quarles who combine for 12-and-a-half sacks and 24 tackles for loss. It will be the first meeting between the teams.
