Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodgers prepares to throw a pass against the Chicago Bears in their NFL football game at Soldier Field in Chicago,

(WNFL) - It's official.  Aaron Rodgers has been declared "out" for Sunday's home Packer game against the Atlanta Falcons in Green Bay.  That means Matt Flynn will start at quarterback for the second game in a row.  Packers' coach Mike McCarthy all but announced the decision on Wednesday, when he said Rodgers would not have another scan of his broken collarbone this week to see if he's ready.  Tuesday's scan showed that he's not.  McCarthy said Rodgers is frustrated after missing almost all of five games.  Also, center Evan Dietrich-Smith is questionable with an ankle injury suffered at practice on Wednesday.  The coach said Dietrich-Smith would undergo more tests tomorrow.  For now, he has a 50-50 chance of playing.  Defensive end C-J Wilson is still out.  Offensive tackle David Bahktiari is listed as probable after coming down with an illness yesterday.  Also probable are nose tackle Ryan Pickett, tight end Brandon Bostick, and linebackers Mike Neal, Nick Perry, and Jamari Lattimore.  The Packers are 5-6-and-1 with a slim chance at the playoffs.  Atlanta is 3-and-9.
