Justin Timberlake's a megastar, but he never forgets who put him on top. The singer stopped in his tracks on Tuesday in order to spend some time with a 13-year-old girl who's a big fan, as well as a survivor of brain surgery.
TMZ reports that Justin was in a building in New York City on his way to a live interview when he ran into a woman named Tina DiLascio, who told the singer that her daughter Giana underwent brain surgery last year. Justin asked if he could meet her, and waited while mom went outside and got Giana, brought her in and introduced her to Justin.
DiLascio tells TMZ that Justin and Giana spoke for a few minutes, with Giana raving about JT's performance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. When the teen asked if she could get a picture with the singer, he reportedly said, "Only if you make it your screen saver!" Which, of course, she did. You can see the pictures on TMZ .
