(1440 WNFL AM - Jason Miller) - It happens tonight on the West Coast. The Brewers, try to continue their winning ways. Yes there nine game winning streak was broken but they are 9-1 in their last ten games and are off to a 2-1 start on a six game road trip.
The Brewers as they try to continue on their winning ways sends out Hiram Burgos. Remember him, he just did this the last time he was sent out to the mound…which was 5-1 win over the Chicago Cubs last Saturday. He tossed five innings of one-run ball, allowed five hits, struck out one and did not issue a walk.
While the Dodgers will send out, Beckett and is winless (0-3) in four starts to go along with a 4.68 earned run average. as they come home from a six game road trip of which they went 3-3 of which they faced Baltimore(1-2) and the Mets(2-1).
So who do you take, a kid in Burgos who looks promising or do you go with the guy who has been there? Let me throw this at you…The Dodgers lost six of seven to Milwaukee last season, four of those were at Chavez Ravine of which they lost all four.
Look for Milwaukee to keep playing well and Burgos to get win number 2 on the season.
