OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A Neenah man charged with shooting his brother-in-law has been declared competent to stand trial.
Last Christmas Eve, Christopher Andreas allegedly shot Christopher Garland.
On Wednesday, Winnebago County prosecutors added charges of attempted murder and recklessly endangering safety against Andreas.
Before receiving treatment, he had been determined to not be competent to stand trial. Now, his preliminary hearing has been scheduled for November 26.
