ASHWAUBENON, WI (WTAQ) - Authorities in Ashwaubenon are looking for a suspect in the attempted robbery of a liquor store.

Ashwaubenon Public Safety officers say the man entered The Village Liquor Store late Friday afternoon. He attempted to steal the cash register while an employee was working in a back area of the store.

Police say the employee and the suspect struggled, and the suspect ran out.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. He was possibly driving a green Cadillac with the first three digits of the license plate 115.
