BREAKING: Wisconsin Assembly Passes Budget Without Debate 55-42

MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj & Linkin Park to Perform on American Music Awards

Taylor Swift , Nicki Minaj and Linkin Park will join Christina Aguilera as performers on this year's American Music Awards, which air Sunday, November 18 on ABC.

In addition to being performers on the show, Nicki, Taylor and Linkin Park are all nominees for this year's AMAs, which are fan-voted.  Nicki's up for four awards, while Taylor has one nod, for Favorite Female Country Artist.  Linkin Park is up for Favorite Alternative Rock Artist.

Fans can vote now at AMAVote.com, as well as at AMA.abc.com.  And if you want to attend the awards show, tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
