Bobby Brown has reportedly been arrested for driving while intoxicated.

TMZ.com is reporting the police pulled over Brown's vehicle "around 1 a.m." for alleged erratic driving, at which time they smelled alcohol.  Brown was reportedly booked on suspicion of DUI after police administered a field sobriety test. 

This is the second time this year that Whitney Houston 's ex has been arrested for DUI.  He was also arrested in late March, just over a month after Houston died.  He subsequently underwent a stint in rehab.

Brown married his manager, Alicia Etheredge , last June.
