Bobby Brown has been arrested for driving while intoxicated, ABC News has confirmed.

KABC is reporting Brown was arrested at 1:00 a.m. PT in Los Angeles and was jailed after refusing a field sobriety test. 

This is the second time this year that Whitney Houston 's ex has been arrested for DUI.  He was also arrested in late March, just over a month after Houston died.  He subsequently underwent a stint in rehab.

Brown married his manager, Alicia Etheredge , last June.
