NEENAH, WI (WTAQ) - A 43-year-old Neenah man is in the hospital with critical injuries after being struck by a leaf collection truck. 

The State Patrol says the accident happened around 11:30 a.m. Thursday. 

The man was walking along Elm St. crossing Washington Ave in Neenah. 

The truck was a city owned vehicle from Neenah’s Department of Public Works.

The State Patrol is investigating.
