MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) - A Menasha woman is arrested for OWI after a short police chase that started and ended with a stop sign. 

Around 2 a.m. Saturday, Menasha police say the driver failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of 7^th and Milwaukee Streets. 

Authorities tried to make a traffic stop, but the woman took off in her car. A short police chase ended when she drove into a stop sign at the corner of Konemac and 3^rd Street. 

Police say she also tried to run away.

Authorities say it was the woman’s 3^rd arrest for OWI, and she had two warrants out for her arrest.
