MENASHA, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Menasha arrested a man overnight for an attempted burglary.

Authorities say it happened at a gas station in the 1200 block of Plank Road around midnight.

Menasha cops were on patrol, when they saw a man trying to get into the front door of the gas station with a crowbar.

He was wearing gloves and had a shirt tied around his face. The 24-year-old Town of Menasha man was arrested on charges of attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.
