According to The Hollywood Reporter , Kelly Clarkson has joined the lineup of this year's VH1's Divas show, which will air live from Los Angeles December 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.  She'll join previously announced divas Miley Cyrus , Demi Lovato , Jordin Sparks , Kelly Rowland and Adam Lambert , who's hosting the festivities.  Another male artist, Pitbull , will also be part of the event, as will R&B star Melanie Fiona .  Kelly also performed on last year's Divas telecast.

This year's Divas blowout will pay tribute to iconic dance music divas, including the late Donna Summer and Whitney Houston .  Ticket proceeds will benefit VH1's Save the Music Foundation, which preserves music education in public schools.  Foundation Ambassador Jordin Sparks will also host the event's official after-party.
