Justin Bieber, kneel before your new overlord: PSY .  The South Korean rapper's "Gangnam Style" video has now passed Justin's clip for "Baby" to take the title of the most-watched YouTube video of all time, according to Billboard .

The video clip, featuring PSY's bizarre horse-riding dance, has now racked up over 814 million views since it was posted this past July.  On Saturday, it sailed past "Baby," which has earned over 804 million views since it was posted back in February of 2010.

PSY tweeted , " #GangnamStyle just became the most watched video @YouTube !!" adding the hashtag " #History ."

Previously, "Gangnam Style" had set the YouTube record for "Most Liked" video -- it's garnered over five million likes, and only about 320,000 dislikes. By comparison, "Baby" had 1.4 million likes, but 3.1 million dislikes.

So far Justin hasn't responded to PSY's victory, but he probably isn't too upset, considering that the rapper is, like him, managed by Scooter Braun .
