Having already conquered the U.S. with his hit "Gangnam Style," South Korean rapper PSY is now moving to the Great White North.  Canada's QMI agency reports that the rapper will give his first public performance in Canada on December 16.  The setting?  Halftime at the Buffalo Bills' annual game in Toronto in December.

PSY will perform as the Bills take on the Seahawks at Toronto's Rogers Centre on December 16.
