Tuesday night’s elimination edition of The Voice saw Team Blake’s Michaela Paige and Team Christina’s Adriana Louise leaving the contest. Both had failed to gain enough of America’s votes, leaving 10 contestants still alive in the competition.

There are no more judges’ saves available, meaning Christina Aguilera , Cee Lo Green , Blake Shelton and Adam Levine are now relying on the public vote to determine which of their acts advance. Also, for the first time, no judge is guaranteed a spot for one of their acts in the finals.

Host Carson Daly announced that every song downloaded on iTunes from the live shows until the close of voting for the December 17 finale will count towards that artist's final vote total.

There was a live performance by Christina, featuring Cee Lo, of her new song “Make the World Move.” Country star Jason Aldean sang “The Only Way I Know,” accompanied on stage by contestants Dez Duron and Bryan Keith .

Cee Lo performed with his team on a glitter-ball version of the Bee Gees ’ “Stayin’ Alive.” Team Blake joined their mentor for a run-through of “Life is a Highway,” the Rascal Flatts version.

The Voice will return to NBC on Monday at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time.
