GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A man will spend four years in prison after being convicted of his 13th OWI.
Arthur Hill pled no contest last Friday to the OWI charge. Hill was also put on extended supervision for 4 years, and had his driver's license suspended for two years.
Hill was arrested in Brown County back in August.
