Ne-Yo 's latest album, R.E.D. , arrives in stores Tuesday.  The album title is an acronym for "Realizing Every Dream," and Ne-Yo told the hosts of The View on Monday that even after winning tons of accolades and writing hits for himself, Beyonce , and Rihanna , among others, he still has more dreams to fulfill.

"It was a dream of mine to win a Grammy one day.  I've done that three times over and I'm very grateful and happy about that," Ne-Yo said on The View .  "But Stevie Wonder has Grammys in the double digits."  That said, Ne-Yo is ready to go after more of the golden trophies.  "I still got some work to do," he says.

In addition to performing his hit single, "Let Me Love You (Until You Learn to Love Yourself)," on the show, Ne-Yo also explained to The View hosts how he decides, when he works with other artists, which of his songs goes to which artist.

"Normally an artist would come to me and say, 'I'd like you to work on my project,'" he explains.  "And then they purchase studio time, so whatever songs come out of that studio time has to go to that artist, even if it's the best song."

In addition to writing Beyonce's smash "Irreplaceable," and Rihanna's "Take a Bow," Ne-Yo has also written for the likes of Celine Dion and the late Whitney Houston .
