RICE LAKE, Wis (WSAU) A Wisconsin family says their son was killed in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.
48-year-old Todd Walker worked for a military contractor – Triple A Airlift - that transported dignitaries and ammunition to U.S. bases. He was part of a three-man crew onboard a helicopter that crashed Monday in Helmand Province. There were no survivors. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Walker was a 1981 graduate of Rice Lake High School. He leaves behind a wife and three children. Funeral arrangements are still pending.
