Make it four in a row over the University of Wisconsin for the Green Bay Phoenix women. Before a crowd of over 3000 at the Kress Events Center Sunday night, the Phoenix rolled the Badgers 53-38. Green Bay was suffocating defensively, leading 27-10 at the half. They held Wisconsin to 30 percent shooting on the night and forced 24 turnovers. Stephanie Sension led the way with 13 points, Adrian Ritchie added 12. Green Bay swept both Division 1 big conference teams this year with an earlier win over Marquette in Milwaukee. The Phoenix improved to 8-2 on the season.
