GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - Alec Brown scored the first seven points for the Phoenix and ended up with 19 points in a 72-55 win over South Dakota.
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay was hot from the field, hitting almost 57 percent.
With the Coyotes leading 17-11 half-way through the first half, the Phoenix went on a 24-8 run and put the game out of reach.
Keifer Sykes added 17 points and eight assists for the Phoenix, who improved their record to 5-7.
Trevor Gruis led South Dakota scoring with 18 points.
