Is there any TV show left on which Phillip Phillips hasn't appeared?  Apparently, yes.  The American Idol champ will perform on New Year's Eve Live!, Fox's annual New Year's countdown show, which will air Monday, December 31 starting at 11 p.m. ET.

The show, broadcast live from the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, will also feature performances from Lifehouse and Carmen Electra .  Lifehouse's new album, Almeria, is out next Tuesday.  Additional hosts and performers will be announced soon.
