The 300 star took the trip with a pal called Freddie after completing work on upcoming movie Olympus Has Fallen and he made an unscheduled trip to the dentist when he spotted a familiar name on an awning.

Butler explains, ""We were in North Carolina and we stopped at a 7-Eleven (store) to get some refreshments and I looked across the road and I'm like, 'Do you see what I see?' And there was a dentist called Jerry Butler, so me and Freddie go across the road and Freddie knocks on the door and says, 'Hi, I have an appointment with Jerry Butler...' and (his assistant) says, 'Who should I say is calling?' and I step forward and say, 'It's Gerry Butler!'
