GREENBAY, WI (WTAQ)-See you in court...maybe.  The city of Green Bay is responding to a lawsuit filed by Oneida Seven Generations, after the city backed out of a permit that would have allowed Oneida to pulld a gasification plant on the city's west side.  Green Bay claims Seven Generations mis-lead them about the plant.  Oneida Seven has said it would sue the city for up to $4 million in money its invested in the project.
