The Milwaukee Brewers took the rubber game of a weekend series in Pittsburgh by shutting out the Pirates at PNC Park Sunday 7-0. Rookie Mark Rogers picked up his second victory by working five scoreless innings, allowing three hits and striking out five. He worked out of several jams early until the offense came alive. Carlos Gomez rocked a three run homer of Erik Bedard in the 4th and Aramis Ramirez hit a two run shot in a three run fifth. Jonathan Lucroy went 3 for 3 as the Brewers won for the fifth time in their last seven games. Milwaukee (59-67) travels to Chicago to open a four game series against the Cubs with Marco Estrada on the mound Monday night.
