OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) - A Wiccan prison chaplain will stand trial for allegedly sexually assaulting an inmate and drugging him during a staged hostage situation. 

52-year-old Jamyi Witch told cops an inmate cornered her and wouldn't leave in August, causing the Oshkosh Correctional Institution to shut down. 

However, the criminal complaint shows Witch and the inmate planned the situation so they would be transferred to different prisons. 

Witch is currently on paid administrative leave.

She'll enter a plea October 21. If convicted she faces over 58 years in prison.
