STURTEVANT, WI (WTAQ) - A man’s fiancé is arrested, accused of trying to shoot him when she found him with another woman.

The gun failed to fire when she pulled the trigger, so she’s accused of stabbing him instead.

The 40-year-old man told Sturtevant police his fiancé found him in his basement with another woman.

His stab wound wasn’t life-threatening and the other woman wasn’t hurt.

The fiancé is being held on suspicion of attempted homicide.
