GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - The owner of an Ashwaubenon jewelry store will stand trial on theft charges.

42-year-old Tyler Kosmoski is accused of sending bad checks to an area doctor for a diamond worth nearly $10,000.

Police also say Kosmoski, who owns the Diamond Factory store on South Oneida Street, kept 2 diamond rings he was supposed to sell for a woman.

Kosmoski could spend up to 16 years in prison if convicted. He is due back in court to enter a plea Nov. 4.
