Milwaukee, WI (WHBL) - Jonathan Lucroy homered and Ryan Braun drove in three runs as Milwaukee beat Pittsburgh Friday night by a final of 5-2. The game included a benches-clearing standoff in the third inning when Ronny Cedeno put a hard tag on Rickie Weeks. The Brewers have owned Pittsburgh at Miller Park, winning 31 of 34 games since 2007. Cedeno did have a two-run homer off winning pitcher Yovani Gallardo, but the Pirates never led in the game. Ryan Braun drove in three runs and also stole a base, while Gallardo hit an RBI single.
