WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) - Law enforcement has re-opened the southbound lanes of Highway 41 in Winnebago County near Oshkosh following a semi truck fire.

Authorities get the call to County Highway GG in the Town of Vinland about 1:25 p.m. Tuesday.

The State Patrol says the semi was fully engulfed in flames upon arrival.

Crews say the semi truck driver called in the fire. He was able to exit his vehicle safely. No injuries have been reported.

It caused a shutdown of the southbound lanes for about 90 minutes.

The detour route on State Highway 76 saw several crashes, but Winnebago County Sheriff's deputies say no major crashes or injuries happened.
