MADISON, Wis.(WHBL) - Police in Madison have also arrested a young mother in connection with the death of her three-year-old son. 22-year-old Maria Castillo-Dominguez is facing a tentative charge of First Degree Reckless Homicide. Detectives say the woman told them she struck her child on the morning of June 30th, and then his head hit a wall. The boy was taken to UW Hospital later that day with a head injury, after showing signs of physical distress. The child died on July third.
