KALAMAZOO -- (WKZO) Michigan Governor Rick Snyder was in Kalamazoo touting his new budget plan Monday afternoon.  Snyder spoke for 15 minutes at the joint Kalamazoo Rotary and Kalamazoo Regional Chamber Luncheon at the Radisson Plaza Hotel. Snyder's speech concentrated on creating jobs for the younger population.

At times speaking about his children who are only currently able to secure part-time work in their instead of the full time employment that they seek.  His final statement being: "Spread The Word about our plans".  The video is Snyder's speech is below:
