If it's the Pittsburgh Pirates, and it's at Miller Park, forgettaboutit! The Milwaukee Brewers beat the Pirates at home for the 12th straight time Sunday, a 2-1, 10 inning thriller. Shawn Marcum gave up back to back doubles in the first inning as Andrew McCutcheon drove in the first and only run for the Pirates who managed just four hits the rest of the game. Charlie Morton kept the Brewers in check until Ryan Braun delivered a 2 out, RBI single in the bottom of the 8th. In the 10th, Nyjer Morgan lifted a walk off sacrifice fly to right scoring George Kottaras. Takashi Saito got the win in relief as the Brewers improved to 70-51 on the season. They completed the 18 game stretch of NL Central Division matchups by going 16-2 and opening up a five game lead on the St. Louis Cardinals. The Brewers welcome the Los Angeles Dodgers to Miller Park for a four game series opening Monday night with Randy Wolf facing Ted Lilly.
