MARINETTE COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) - A 15-year-old girl who died in a Marinette County house fire has been identified.
Authorities say Alana Luczak was killed in the Town of Amberg fire.
She was found just before 6 a.m. Thursday on County Highway K.
Fire officials say Alana’s father, Joseph suffered a burn to his leg and smoke inhalation. He was taken to the hospital but is expected to be released.
Alana’s mother, her 18-year-old brother and family friend all escaped without injury.
Alana would have been a sophomore at Pembine High School this fall.
Fire officials are still investigating the cause of the fire, but believe it may have been electrical. No foul play is suspected.
