Packers question marks

by

The Packers will be hard pressed to find 45 healthy, much less active players for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins.   Monday's medical report was nearly as long as the Packers season ticket waiting list.   Surgeries this week for Jermichael Finley and Nick Barnett.  Aaron Rodgers is questionable at best with a concussion, Ryan Pickett, Donald Lee and Derek Martin are likely out for a week or more.  Mark Taushcer and Brandon Chillar are dealing with bum shoulders and Clay Matthews aggravated his never ending hamstring injury.  Preparations for the Dolphins, including personel meetings to determine who's able to play, take place today.

More maddening milestones for Favre

The New York Jets beat the Minnesota Vikings 29-20 Monday night in rainy New Jersey, sending the Vikes to 1-3.   Brett Favre reached more significant milestones, hitting Randy Moss for the 500th touchdown pass of his career.  He would add two more to Percy Harvin to rally Minnesota, but in the waning minutes, threw a game clinching interception to the Jets.  Dwight Lowrey returned the pick to seal New York's 4th victory in five games.

Brewers to hold line on tickets

The Milwaukee Brewers say they won't be raising ticket prcies next year.  The team will hold the line on both  season ticket packages and single game tickets in 2011.  The average ticket price at Miller Park last year was $22.10.  Owner Mark Attanasio wants to keep prices as affordable as possible.
