(WHBL-Learfield) - You can forget about Marshawn Lynch coming to the Green Bay Packers. The Buffalo Bills traded the Pro Bowl running back to Seattle yesterday. Fox-Sports-Dot-Com said Seahawks’ G-M John Schneider gave up a fourth-round draft pick next year, and a conditional pick in 2012. Schneider is a former Ted Thompson assistant at Green Bay. And Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers had campaigned unsuccessfully to get Lynch, a former college teammate of his at California. The 24-year-old Lynch had 164 yards on 37 carries for Bills’ team that was loaded with running backs. Lynch said in the off-season that he was looking for a fresh start with somebody else. The Packers, meanwhile, will start practicing today for their Sunday contest at Washington.
