Green Bay, Wis. (WHBL-Learfield) - The Green Bay Packers have activated running back James Starks from the physically-unable-to-perform list. And to make room on the roster, they released back-up linebacker Robert Francois yesterday. Starks is a sixth-round rookie from Buffalo. He’s been out since training camp with an injured right hamstring. Francois played in three games since being called up from the practice squad in mid-October. Also yesterday, the Packers released safety Michael Greco from the practice squad. Green Bay is on its bye week.
