GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Crews are sifting through rubble inside a burned-out building on Green Bay's west side in hopes of finding the cause of a massive fire.
The Green Bay Fire Marshal's office obtained a warrant Tuesday to allow inspectors to search the building at Chesnut and Walnut legally.
Inspectors hope to wrap up their work by the end of this week.
On Friday the building with two businesses and 8 apartments were destroyed by fire.
The owner of the building, May Vang, says he's not sure what he'll do with the property, according to FOX 11. Crews also hope to soon reopen a lane on Walnut Street that's been closed since the fire.
