KIEL, Wis. (WTAQ) - Two people and their dogs escape a house fire Sunday morning. It happened just before 7:00 a.m. at 19834 Vogel Lane in Kiel. Manitowoc County Sheriff's say they found everyone safely outside the home. Kiel Fire Chief Robert Hennings isn't sure how the blaze started, but it did occur in the basement. Officials deem the house a total loss.
