WRIGHTSTOWN, Wis. (WTAQ) - A passer-by notices flames coming out of a barn Saturday morning and calls fire crews. It happened around 10 a.m. on County Highway D in Wrightstown. Officials were able to save some of the animals but not all of them. Greenleaf Fire Chief Glenn Geurts says between 15 to 20 small cows were killed in the fire. Officials think the fire began in the upper area and caused significant damage to the dairy area.
