UNDATED (WSAU) Want to see Brett Favre in purple with your own eyes? It might not cost as much as you think to attend Monday night’s game in Minneapolis between Brett Favre’s Vikings and his former Green Bay Packers.
Brokers at Ticket King are selling nose-bleed seats as low as 65-dollars. And other prices are coming down, as the available supply of tickets out-paces the demand. They say it’s because the Twin Cities has a glut of major sporting events this weekend, and they’re spreading the entertainment dollars a lot thinner. Those events include the Badger-Gopher college football game at the new T-C-F Stadium. And the Minnesota Twins are playing their final three games ever at the Metrodome before moving outdoors next year.
Still, folks are paying big money to see Favre in Vikings’ purple. The most expensive seats from the brokers are 11-to-12-hundred-dollars. Stub-Hub sold a 50-yard line seat last month for almost 15-hundred.
