HARRIS COUNTY, Tex. (WTAQ) - A Texas District Court judge has found enough probable cause to charge Packers defensive lineman Johnny Jolly. The 26-year-old was in court Tuesday and faces a felony charge of possession of codeine. Jolly was arrested back in July 2008 for having at least 200 grams when Houston police found codeine syrup in cups inside a vehicle he was driving. A pre-trial hearing is set for January 26th. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted, but could also be put on probation as a first-time offender.
